Last week I band my group mates observe the local demonstration of one of our intern in Bldg. I Mrs Dotado, when i observe i found that Mrs Dotado is really deserve to teach the pupils and she have a strong personality. In terms of facial expression she is good looking or blooming, she use the new techniques of teaching and the pupils learned on the lesson and the pupils are very active, during the discussion. But the only thing that I notice she correct the work of the pupils which is let the pupils discover the error of their work, the teacher is the one who guide and facilitate the pupils.
As s whole the flow of the discussion is very nice and she is very relax and comportable. That's all

OBSERVATION IN LOCAL DEMONSTRATION

Base on my observation in LOPEZ WEST BLDG. I notice that some intern are not perform excellently, and i think they need more improvement in terms of facial expression. I learn that the teacher should motivate the learners. The responsibility of teacher has many various aspects in teaching, teacher also the one who guide, and facilitate the pupils. As a teacher we should consider the individual differences and weaknesses of our pupils. . . . . . .
